he is in charge of coordinating staff and the activities of the Secretariat
he implements the directives of the Presidency and the Board of Directors
he is in charge of the relations among partners, agencies, institutions and professions' representatives
he represents and controls the coordination and project activities related to the association's activities

  • Funds management, pre-invoice, banks.
  • Relations to suppliers.
  • Relations to banks.
  • Relations to welfare institutions and institutions for retirement provisions for specific sectors.
  • Management of the IT system.

  • Update of members' personal data.
  • Management of the archives.
  • Relations dedicated to first assistance and advice to members.
  • Assistance and advice related to CCNL.
  • Assistance and advice related to administrative procedures.
  • In charge of the implementation of Law no. 626/94.
   
:: General Matters : MS. AZZURRA SCASSO
 
  • In charge of preparing support documents for the activities of the Board of Directors; in charge of filing administration documents.
  • She participates into internal and external meetings connected to the activities of the Commissions -  the document review and support regulation actions are included.
  • Update of the operational planning for the association's activities.
  • Coordination of technical training courses and vocational training courses.
  • Trade union disputes, collective bargaining, sector-based regulations.
  • Analysis and detailed studies related to contracts/legal matters, corporate matters, area studies and research.

  • In charge of the Presidency's Agenda, as well as the general agenda
  • Writing down of the BoD's meetings.
  • Notices of the meeting of: Presidency, General Secretariat, Commissions.
  • Publishing initiatives and sections – marketing and PR sections.
  • Releases' management.
  • Notices of meetings and minutes affiliated companies / participation into the BoD.
  • In charge of first aid services.
  • She prepares those documents needed to support the activities of the BoD.
  • Update of the operational planning of association's activities

  • Mail protocol and documents going in and out.
  • Management of the data and paper archives.
  • Circular letters pertaining to the association – protocol, transmission, filing of these documents
  • Press review
  • Web site updating – registration of new users – database update

:: Area studies and cross-activities: MR. PAOLO SIMANI
 

As for the activities connected to this area, we have been using staff working within traineeships organised by Universities or Post-graduate courses up to this date. The contribution of those who worked in this sector has been of the greatest importance in order to be able to implement more definite control activities on data and information. The increase in the research and study activities is also based on to the operational support of those who daily work on the collection of all those pieces of  information that might increase the knowledge on individual operational aspects.
